Maker Agreement
Effective June 28, 2026
This Maker Agreement governs selling on MakerRoute. It supplements our Terms of Service. By opening a shop you agree to these terms.
Storage & access
You retain ownership of your inventory. MakerRoute stores it in a climate-controlled facility and may scan items in and out for online sales and your in-person markets. Restock fees apply per your plan.
Fees & payouts
You pay your selected monthly plan plus per-sale platform commission, fulfillment, and delivery fees shown on our pricing page. Payouts go to your connected Stripe account; you must complete Stripe onboarding to publish and get paid.
Your responsibilities
Sell only goods you have the right to sell, describe them accurately, keep inventory counts current, and meet quality and safety standards. Fulfill orders promptly once marked paid.
Suspension
We may unpublish or suspend a shop for non-payment, policy violations, or quality issues. Refundable reservation deposits remain refundable if we don't launch.
