MakerRoute

Terms of Service

Effective June 28, 2026

Welcome to MakerRoute. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MakerRoute marketplace, storage, and delivery services. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MakerRoute provides a hyper-local marketplace where independent makers store inventory in our facility, sell online, and have orders delivered to local customers. We are the platform; makers are the sellers of record for their goods.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to sell.

3. Orders & payments

Prices, fees, and delivery minimums are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; you authorize the total shown when you confirm an order. Maker subscriptions and deposits are billed per the plan you select.

4. Refunds & cancellations

Reservation deposits and launch contributions are 100% refundable if MakerRoutedoes not go live as planned. Order refunds for damaged or undelivered goods are handled case-by-case with the maker. See our FAQ for restock terms.

5. Acceptable use

Don't sell prohibited, unsafe, or counterfeit goods, and don't misuse the platform. We may suspend shops or accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, MakerRoute is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions? hello@makerroute.com.

This summary is provided for transparency and is not legal advice; final terms are subject to review before launch.
